I do not want to accuse anyone but somewhere on this journey from my backpack lost my headscarf and travel headrest. I would advise you to look more closely at the bus surroundings when leaving Siem Reap and after arriving in Phnom Penh. A lot of unneeded people are hanging around there. Everything is fine after this incident.

I was 1 hour earlier and asked if I could go with the bus that was coing in 10 minutes, they changed the ticket so I could take that bus!

Journey was quick and bus comfortable, but not very relaxing due to the eratic driving of the bus driver who was dangerous and visibly suffered from road rage!

Comfortable ride. Easy to book and travel from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh. Good stopping points and a good driver. Hostess was nice and clear on her instructions.

Overall, the service and experience was very good...the windows were a little dirty and I wasn't able to enjoy the views as much as I would have liked, but it was still a great experience. I also appreciated having someone on board who was there to attend to guests' needs.

Bus was comfortable with good leg room, driver was safe and ran to the timetable ok. Got a bit tedious by the afternoon with the monotonous scenery and sitting down all day. They provided a fried rice snack at the border and stopped at a roadside eatery/toilet in the afternoon. Overall worth the money if you have the time.

Sat in a seat next to the driver and someone else to my right. No leg room, very uncomfortable. Don’t think it was even meant to be a seat. Luckily got to move halfway through, but not enjoyable.

As usual 12Go's booking arrangements and comms were first class. The trip surpassed expectations. Careful driver, arrived on time, free water and snacks with stops as announced at outset of journey by hostess.

Good ride for this part of the world I imagine and included WiFi for some of the trip and power at every seat. Our bus was the fastest thing on the road by far with 2 lanes frequently becoming 5 or more. Even Mad Max usually lives and this day so did we and everyone we squeezed by with millimeter precision. Seat belts were strongly encouraged at the start the oddessy. On time at both ends.

Silent and quiet bus, punctual. But the bed was way too narrow and short for me to be comfortable. The light on my sit didn't work and I couldn't control the power of the AC, so I was quite freezing most of the trip. I'll get a bottom bed next time.

We arrived early into Seam Reap, the beds were ok but the toilet was horrific! No seat, paper, light and had a huge whole in the side! The back bed is the worst as we were sleeping on the engine. But decent service

Staightforward booking of the trip via 12Go - easy to search options and find the one that best suits.
The trip itself was great; staff in the office were polite and helpful. The bus departed pretty much on time; the seat was comfortable and we were offered complimentary snacks and bottled water. We stopped at midday at a roadside diner where you could purchase lunch and/or drinks and use the toilet; there were also snacks on sale. Another quick toilet top a little later, then on to Phnom Penh where we arrived about one hour ahead of schedule.
Really happy with the trip.

Everything was well organised. Great staff. I gave 4Stars because as a westerner I took some wipes and felt my space needed a bit of a clean. That’s how it is. Air con was perfect. The stops were excellent. I give them credit. Over all pretty impressed

Got there before the schedule, had one stop on the way for toilet/lunch. Reccomend to get seats just behind the driver as there is more leg room.

They kept stopping the bus every 15 mins and the staff would just sit outside. Toilet was shocking, no wanter to flush or anything.

A pretty good service all and all. Some hairy moments when overtaking vehicles but it's just the way that everybody drives in Cambodia. We had 3 stops on the way with one opportunity to grab some lunch. Avoid seat A1 if at all possible as this is right next to the driver and the least comfortable. Arrived at our destination an hour ahead of schedule.

The van was quite small, without legroom in the seats behind the driver, so the 6 hour drive was not a very plesant experience. The seats ward also uncomfortable. There was no wifi, although it said so on the window. However, the driver was nice, and he drove quite good.

The bus ride was good and fast. It was a quiet journey as everyone was on their smartphone. I wish the roads were better because it was sometimes hard to predict what the traffic was going to do. I would recommend this mode of transport anytime.

Bus was comfortable and clean; seats were a bit narrow. Driver was fine. We sat in back so didn't stress about who he was passing, etc. WiFi didn't work outside of town but that's ok.
Giant Ibis web site would not take either of my credit cards, but 12go.Asia would. However, Giant Ibis said they would pickup at our hotel, but 12go.Asia says you get yourself to the station. Be sure to verify which station to go before your travel day.

Our bus broke down after 30 mins. The first driver was really nice and was very embarrassed. A new bus came in an hour with a new driver. He was pretty grumpy and gave our booked seats together away to a person getting on at our first stop. Thankfully the traveller saw we were together and moved. Air con was very poor.

On time for an overnight trip from Siem Reap to Phonm Phen .. arrived earlier than stated at the other end .
One bathroom stop en route Bed was pretty comfortable and we were provided with a blanket , cushion and bottle of water.
The only negative was the bus driver had the windscreen wiper on on the latter part of the trip and it was super squeaky and woke me up.
It wasn’t even raining!
Overall excellent service and very good value for money.
I would definitely recommend

Bus ok, beaucoup de place pour les jambes, personnel courtois, bouteille d'eau, collations et lunch, encore une fois, le problème est surtout la vitesse à laquelle conduise les chauffeurs.
