All in all a quite comfortabel Trip, pick up and arival within the estimated time range. The only thing missing have been some and clear and understandable instructions about which Bus to take from Phuket town and where to get off the bus. It has been stopping two times already before reaching the ferry to Koh Samui. Some people were leaving the Bus already during that stops while there had been no announcements or advices at all which passengers should leave the bus. So many passengers were confused ...

Из отеля забрали вовремя, а мы еще рассчитывали успеть позавтракать - не успели. Дальше пересадили в автобус -> паром, и с парома сразу домчали до отеля на Самуи. Раньше, чем по расписанию. Все четко.

Staff at the terminal were not very friendly.
Lunch stop was not clean
Toilets were dirty.
Price of the trip was ok

Meeting at the busstation at least an hour before departure ended up in waiting in an hour for departure. 30 minutters before would be more than sufficient. Poor information and confusion of confirming the Ferry tickets caused problems and anger at the pier before departure.

Toilet at the first pit stop was gross.. and again on the ferry. Make sure you bring your own tissues!!
Overall the journey was good.

Bus station was easy to figure out where to go, it left on time and stopped once at a local store where you can buy food which was good. Bus arrived on time only reason I did not give it a 5 stars is because there was no communication or explanation once we got to the pier. No one knew what to do or where to go if you have your ticket on your phone you must go get a physical ticket before proceeding to the pier. It just seemed one or two people were walking and everyone was following them hoping they knew what they were doing. I would recommend having the bus operators explain where to go or what the next step is once you get off the bus. Ferry was smooth and staff was very helpful.

Забрали почти в 8 30, притом что место откуда забирали, не рядом с отелем было, а так дальше все по расписанию было. Клеют наклейки кого куда везут, а автобусе в туалет надо было брать ключ у водителя. В целом сервис удобный

Good price, a little confusing at the bus terminal. The taxi service seemed as if they didn’t want to take us and tried panning us off on some other driver?? Argued for a good 10 min on which taxi will take us. In the end it was fine but a little sketchy. Buying the tickets online was nice and easy.

Everything smooth. Travel from Phuket to Ko Samui. Only about 20 min late arrival, but mostly because of traffic.
