Nothing happened according to the contract and what's been told prior to the trip.
We book the ENTIRE van. When we got in, the driver announced that 2 people were joining us. So 2 of us had to spend the 6.5 hours (not 5) next to the driver with no space to our legs. Not at all the vip experience we booked.
They booked these people the night before to get extra money, however they indeed paid for 4 seats to have room for their luggage.
The organizer said that the driver will make it up by getting us coffee (never happened), when we already actually shared coffee and treats with him from the beginning.
Not refund was ever made to the 2 extra people of for us. And a coffee worth 20cts would have not compensate the 2 VIP seats and a PRIVATE van we booked 1 month earlier.
When booking with them... Ask the right questions as their standards and contracts definitely don't work as they're supposed to. So make sure you ask before, and my advise would be to just book through WhatsApp and pay on the spot to avoid not getting the money back.
Very disappointed.
The organizer just stopped answering when I asked for a partial refund of the 2 seats.

Highly reccomended. Wifi onboard and also in their officies. Safe driving, professional staff. Nice sleeper buses. The only notice for persons of tall or bigger figure - sleeper seats are probabLy designed for local people of predominately thiner figure (compared to european measures) so you may feel a bit uncomfortable.
