It's a long journey bus hardly stops any where for break. Rude crew members.they hardly bother about you. Too much leg space I am 6.1 ft I traveled comfortable.
Bus will stop for lunch and the lunch is free do not roam here and there have the lunch first . And take something (snacks) for the next 8 hours. Apart from the staff I had a wonderful trip in the bus

The flight at 9:05 was cancelled, reported to us by e-mail just at 14:30 on 24 March 2020, it means less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure. This caused unexpected useless waiting at Krabi hotel instead of enjoying our holiday at Ko Lanta beach.

Bus arrived on time and we started the journey with some snack, there was a blanket to cover and water. Staff in the bus nice even though they did not speak much English. We also stopped for a dinner in the canteen (they offered typical Thai food I guess). I think at the end the bus was a bit late, but overall it felt like driver is good so I felt safe. Of course it's a long journey, I was prepared that might be a bit uncomfortable sit like this for so many hours.

Everything went well with the trip. We arrived early and they let us get on the earlier bus. We stoped for dinner at 10pm food was included for free with the bus ticket purchase.

Des sièges qui s'inclinaient particulièrement ce qui était super pour dormir, en revanche j'étais placée juste en haut des escaliers et les odeurs qui remontaient des toilettes en bas étaient très difficiles... choisissez bien vos places.

Great service and the seats were very comfortable. Bus was shaky even on flat road services which made sleeping difficult.

Pros: Very punctual (Departure and arrival), we were given a blanket (very useful with the high AC that you can't shut down, it's on all night), chairs were comfortable (can lean back to almost 180degrees and you can have a decent sleep), a snack was offered (A bottle of water, crackers, chocolate cake, instant coffee).
Cons: Quite a bumpy ride (but that's not the company's fault as roads are not that good), bathroom smell was quite disturbing whenever the door was opened, staff don't speak good English so I struggled to know when should I leave and is it Morchit station already...
P.S 1: I read on the comments that a buffet dinner was also offered, I honestly was asleep so I can't confirm.
P.S 2: Both stations are safe and quite crowded, so for a solo traveler it was convenient to arrive at 5:30 am to Morchit where I just chilled until sunrise.
Overall, given the price, I give 4 stars.

Bus was old but this you can clearly see in the picture. The major problem was the smell from the bus bathroom, really disgusting and it continued for all the 12 hours journey. The driver couldn’t go straight and I was nauseous for most of the time. The staff didn’t mentioned we had a free buffet dinner when we stopped for the only break we had (the buffet was not good anyway so maybe buy something when you stop).I give 3 stars because of the cheap price compared to the flight.

Had to change the bus in the middle of the night at 3:00 am. Were not warned about it, neither when buying the ticket, nor when loading on the bus. Arrived one hour late. Stopped for dinner very late, at about 23:00. Some people say it could be even up to 3 bus changes during the journey.
The buses where ok, but the second had less space.
