Our boat was delayed for half an hour, though, but it didn't spoil the experience - 1.5 hour chill under the sun. Very smooth transfer from the boat to a bus, which dropped us in the city center. Very convenient.

Easy process, comfortable seats on ferry and the bus. Signs clearly marker where you needed to go for both the bus and ferry.

Unfortunately the boat was an hour late but once on board the vessel moved quickly and smoothly on the water. Seating is a bit more cramped than on the Seatran vessel we took previously. Snacks and drinks were available on board as well as a toilet. Instructions for baggage storage and pick up were easy to understand. The double decker bus to the airport was very comfortable and smooth. Staff was concerned about getting people to their flights on time. We did not have to worry about missing a flight but I suggest leaving yourself LOTS of extra time when taking this ferry service.
