We booked a combinated ticket from Koh Phangan to Surat train station. Ferry ride was comfortable (2,5h) but the minibus was very tight on place (1,5h). We had a 45min delay.

Boat trip ok. However no advance info, when booking that they changed the pier locations. Which was fine but passengers shoukd be informed before booking in case they need to make other arangements

The boat was good and very quick but the company had changed the destination without any notice. I was supposed to arrive at Tapée pier in surat thani but we arrived to donsak. And the transfer bus was charged as well (it wasn't included in the ticket). So instead of arrival at 2 PM to suratthani, i arrived around 4 PM. Luckily my flight was cancelled and i hadn't been late for it. To sum it up, i'm quite disappointed with it

If I didnt have a busted knee and had to carry my heavy suitcase up 2 flights of stairs with no help from staff (one just staring at me the whole time) then I would rate this higher. Aside from that the ferry had comfortable chairs but no aircon and the fans didn’t work. Once the ferry was moving it wasn’t bad. There was a convenience store on the ferry. I would use again if I had less luggage and my knee was ok.

Приехали на такси на пирс. В 12.30 отходит большой паром, с возможностью погрузки авто. Идёт дольше, но зато меньше качает. От Донсака есть смысл брать комплексный билет до аэропорта дальше, ехать реально далеко и долго.
