Late by nearly two hours, air con broke down after Cambodia border, was due to arrive at 14:00, didn’t arrive until 18:30 !! Did get water and a roll to eat, staff very nice.

We were very nervous after reading lots of reviews and watching YouTube reviews of this bus company as well as others. We took the chance and were so glad we did! Giant Ibis was on time, clean, cool (A/C), smooth drive, EASY VISA PURCHASE and quick and easy transit through both Vietnam and Cambodia borders. Our bus conductor spoke English, was kind and helpful with our questions. They took care for us every step of the way. Once onboard we were given a banh mi sweet bread and bottle of water. At the border you get a 30 minute 'lunch break' which was at about 1030am but the food we bought from the duty free shop restaurant was tasty and inexpensive. Some reviews say this is unnecessary but we realised that this break is mainly to give the conductor time to apply and receive all our visas. Worth it to let them process your visa rather that deal with an e-visa. We were very happy with this service and the journey. Thanks so much Giant Ibis!

Comfy and clean. Crossing border was easy, just give your passport and money to the bus operator and they take care of everything. Stick with your group and remember what your bus looks like :)

Great service, on time and was a lot of help through the visa process, made the whole journey very easy. Only negative was the air con was so weak and occasionally blowing out warm air so we were uncomfortably hot by the end of the trip.

Extra fee at boarder and had to remind of change plus took out printed Vietnam visa and lost it. Dont know why he needed that for leaving Vietnam and he did not tell us

Excellent. The trip was very comfortable, and the border crossing was handled very efficiently.
We had two restroom stops. The second one however was dirty and without toilet paper, so come prepared with your own.

Reasonably comfortable with enough stops along the way for refreshments/toilet breaks. The border crossing process seemed somewhat mystical with the extra $2 fee and the departure / arrival times should only be viewed as suggestions.

It was a well organised and mostly comfortable journey. Personally I would have appreciated a toilet stop between HCM and the border, (but I understand that time is short!)

Strange that we couldn’t sit together unless we sat on the back seats we were told. Other than that the conductor and driver was excellent, especially help with getting through the border crossing. Only other non-positive thing was that bus arrived well past the scheduled time, however this seems to be the norm, although they must do this trip several times a day so should be able to get the timetable accurate by now

Bus left on time but had fairly significant delays at both border posts. Don’t think it was the company’s fault but it did delay arrival by about 3 hours. Bus was very hot. More stops than advertised were available in Phnom Penh though meaning we landed within walking distance of our hotel instead of being dragged all the way to the bus terminal.

Bus is okay, the border crossing was seamless and the staff was decently good in english, which helped a lot.
Only problem is that the trip took 2 extra hours. instead of arriving 2PM, we arrived 4PM. Too many stops and the bus ran a bit too slowly.
