The bus was an hour late, leaving at 5am not 4am, meaning I missed my tour I had booked. I had to move to three different busses. The bus staff were also rather impolite.

The driver came 30 minutes late.
Seat at the door to the back 2 rows is broken, so you have to squeeze hard to get in and out.
Trash was left from previous passengers - did not get a cleaning service.
Driver was very impolite, he drove past my hotel -didn’t bother to turn around, just simply asked us a couple of senior citizens to get off since it’s only 100 meters of uphill walking with our suitcases!

The minivan was comfortable and clean and the pick up worked perfectly. Good driver and god english. We would definitively go again!

Great experience! If there was some space for our bags on board and sockets for charging our devices, this would definitely get 5 stars.
