The train looked like dirty and under maintenance when we arrived at the station. But the beds, sheets, blankets and pillows were totally clean, inside a sealed plastic bag. It was a shot trip - just 4 hours but we were exausted of a trip from Israel to Delhi, so we were thankful that we can go sleeping. The negative point was the toilet´s smell. I didn´t get to use it.

Trip was very good. I left on time and was easy to find, normally track 5. Breakfast was included. 12go worked very well. We received our voucher online so when we arrived at the station all we had to do was get on the train.

Unfortunately our train was cancelled a day prior to departure. It is critical that any traveller check the PNR on the India Railways website before intended departure. 12Go Asia were prompt and helpful with their refund.

Comfortable trip, on time, reclining seats, breakfast, drinks. 12go did tickets well in advance, with carriage and seat numbers already reserved.

The train was fine and comfortable (chair class) but almost fell foul to a scammer at the station telling me my ticket was invalid and the train was 6 hours late. He stopped when I told him I would call our driver back to talk to him. No surprise then that the ticket was fine on the train. The station operators need to sort this out.

For India standards I thought this was pretty good. Comfy seat/sleeper bed. Available to charge/plug in a device. Only downfall is that they don’t announce the destination so you have to pay attention to timing to know when to get off

Train is old but dependant..Customer service makes up for the oldness of the train. Excellent customer service and crew members of the train..Would ride again easy.

Comfortable seats with plenty of leg room. My boyfriend is 6'4" and had plenty of leg room! We were served a bottle of water, juice box, meal, and coffee/tea.

I boarded the train at the first station New Delhi and then took got off at Agra Cantt station. The train was running late at Agra by about 1.5h although it’s only two stops away. Otherwise, the cabins in class 3A are ok
