well,.. we left 10 min early, after first 50min we had 30min lunch break..then we arrived 30min sooner than expected and to totally different place - it was apx. 1.5km further away from the place 12go.asia had informed us in the ticket/their website. it looked like they deliberately made us go off the bus somewhere else so that their friends on motorbikes could earn some money by taking tourist to hotels (since we arrived to a totally different place).. luckily, nobody took the motorbikes :)) such scams should be avoided and the bus should end as anticipated in the ticket...

Vagon is very comfortbale, but little bit coldy (AC on max). Nice views on Van Hoi Pass.

Very good service. The tickets I purchased through 12GO were significantly cheaper then purchasing them through Vietnam Rail online.

Booking process easy and no issues with tickets at the station. A lot of discarded rubbish on train. Train a bit full after Tet so couldn't choose seat on view side; but that's life and the journey itself was a great way to see Vietnam.

Turned out to be a small van rather than a bus, very little AC and the driver was kind enough to stop for him to have a bathroom break while no one else got the chance. Have seen much better service for cheaper in Vietnam.

The bus did not come on time. There were small seats and l we arrived one hour later but overall it was okay. The bus driver was nice.

Lovely comfortable train, didn’t use services so can’t comment . Just a shame you’re not allowed on the platform prior to train arriving to buy some food Etc from the many stalls
