It could be excellent, but the air conditioning worked at maximum level. It was like in the freezer! I asked to turn it lower but without success.

Confusion reigns. Had to go to one counter to pay for ticketing. Another to put your name down only to be told to go to the office to get our tickets. Lucky we allowed an hour as there was a big queue. Seated extra people on a plastic seat. Could not go outside. Felt like a sardine in a can.

The AC wasnt working and ir más really hot. Eventually the fix It and although better, wasnt really comfortable.

Very windy day = very uncomfortable bumpy ride. But its cheaper than a flight so if you can withstand 4 hours of rocking waves, this is the option.

No food available on the ferry.
The ferry was 45min late.
Only one bathroom, many people were sick on the trip and could not go to the bathroom.

The boat trip was pleasant but it's unacceptable that there is only 1 bathroom inside (not even separated for men/women!!), there was always queue because half the boat was seasick..

Better than their competitor which we took from el nido to coron.
Sea was very rough, literally thought we were going down at times. Take travel sickness tablets if you’re prone to sea sick, a few people threw up in their seats onto the floor

The terrible ocean waves made the journey horrible, but that’s no fault of the boat and it’s crew. Sick bags were provided for people feeling sea sick, though they weren’t handed out or available as quickly as necessary. They should made readily available for all passengers.

It was stinking hot in the rear section of the boat as the air conditioning was non existent. The mid and forward sections air con were fine (rows 13 and below) and this is where I spent most of the trip - sitting on the stairs. Even just a fan in the back section would make a big difference if the air con issue can't be fixed. Boat left bang on time and took about 4 1/2 hours for the trip. If you've booked online you will need to go to the Montenegro office down the street in Coron first to get your actual tickets, before going to the terminal (and paying an extra 20p terminal fee). If you suffer from sea sickness I suggest you take a tablet before the trip. Overall, the ferry is fine and the staff friendly.
