For a 13 hour bus trip it was fine. 1 stop for lunch. That’s it. The bus is old but overall clean, there’s aircon and toilet. You are getting what you are paying.

This VIP bus was like 1st class on a flight. Individual booth-like seats (no seat-in-front-in-your-face) with button-operated seat adjustment, 220V power, water and snacks, and a break half way with an above-average table buffet. Would definitely travel this way again.

Thia viet cancelled my 1300 flight to Phuket. So instead of honoring my reservation I was hit with a reschedule fee of approx. $21 usd, which was greater than the original airfare.
Counter staff was very confused about why flight was cancelled.

The bus was amazing. It was as advertised in the pictures. The seat was very comfortable and could recline as well, so it made sleeping very pleasant. It was also very clean! The bus was on time. I have no complaints other than the halal food option can be improved. The bus stops in the middle of the night at a food place and they don't give you much time to eat. The halal is extremely limited.

Excellent bus right, very comfortable, The temperature in the bus was very convenient. Service was good.
But the toilet need to improve. I can recommend it.

1. Make sure you have the correct boarding area. There are 2 #11's.
2. Seats are ok
3. It was supposed to be first class, but , bus was beat up and not cared for. Needed a good cleaning.
4. The toilet was disgusting. If you have to sit, learn to hover.
5 a little more communication at the numerous stops would have been a nice touch.

I struggle to sleep on the move and this was a 12.5 hours bus journey through the night and the roads are in really bad repair. I was in seat no. 3 right at the front so got to see over the edge of every hairpin bend that had extremely steep slops, absolutely terrifying. As well the seat has a broken 'safety rail' right in the middle of the leg spAce meaning I had one leg either side, getting out of the seat I had to be a Contortionist. For the money I save, I would have willingly paid 3 times the price to fly after being on the bus for 1 hour. AVOID SEATS 1-4

Made it on time despite all the stopping. I saw some reviews saying that it was too cold on the bus but I personally enjoyed that. And it was cheap.

Overall trip was okay.
Seat comfort 6/10
Stopped off for free food half way through. Snack and water also provided whilst on board.
Only issues, the A/C had a faint smell of urine (fan located near the bathroom I presume)
Wifi didn't work.
Bathroom was dirty.

It is a long way 14hours, these guys tried to be friendly and polite.
The bus was a bit old and not clean, got bitten from ants too, some of the seatbelts were broken, not really safe and if you booked on-line the numbers of the seats did not match the actual numbers in the bus, very confusing.
I understand the stops to pick up and drop other passengers but with one 20 minutes stop as a break after 4hours and none for next 10hours...c'mon.

Departed slightly late - arrived slightly early. The bus looked a bit run down but could find a seat with working USB and working reclining mechanism. On a full bus this could be a problem. Unlike previous journeys the air con wasn't turned up to eleven. The temperature was just right which meant you could grap some needed sleep sessions on the way down. Overal, very happy with journey and price.

Air Conditioned too cold. They provided one blanket, water, some cookies. Too many stops drop in drop off people. Not enoughts to go for a drink or food, or toilet.

Seats were very small and tight. I could not lie down, stretch my legs, or get comfortable. Also my seat broke and couldn’t get it back up straight. Not having WiFi was also a big problem, as it was advertised it would have it.

Great service. And safety first. It took a long time to get to the bangkok southern bus terminal from sukhumvit. 2.5 due to rush hour. A recommendation of time from tourist sports would had helped.

Good service, we arrived at the hour mentioned. To bear in mind: they provide a nice blanket but I would advice some long sleeves and socks. No food provided, just a sweet snack, juice pack and water bottle.

Overall not bad. The seats were pretty comfortable, although mine didn’t recline quite as much as it should, but only by a little. The seatbelts worked, the driving wasn’t too bumpy, and the water and snacks were appreciated. Definitely not as comfortable as a sleeper train, but not as bad I expected for such a long bus ride.

- Bus got in earlier than expected
- Staff have limited English, important as you will need to be aware at the rest stop
- Extremely cold air conditioning, blanket provided but is not enough
- Small snack and water provided, nice touch
- Seat belts broken
- Almost 180 degree recline allowed decent rest

The bus was nice. Large seats and clean. except for the toilet, very nasty. Made a lot of stops where the chauffeur loaded packages in and got money (and delivered them). Very strange, probably made 7+ stops. Were one and a half hour later than the “12 hours”. Overall decent tho.
