The experience was fine but I would have appreciated clearer information at the station, both in Bangkok and in Pattaya. There's a communication barrier with the staff at the ticket booth.

There was barely any leg room, much less leg room compared to a normal bus! And it arrived an hour later than said. But the lady was nice and the seats were comfy, the bus also had USB chargers

Pick up was on time by minivan from hotel.
The conventional old bus in which we went from the airport to Pattaya was not very comfortable: lots of vibration.

No problem for me with this bus. Only some noicy people that had got some wrong info from their tour operator. Driver fixed that nice.

The van is ok. But the drive changed the schedule in Pattaya, she went first to Jomtien Beach and later to Pattaya, the schedule shows opposite. She didn't inform the passangers about this change! Beacuse this we were really late! It wasn't first time, driver is doing alway like this.

Driver very rude with customers and not comfortable to sit inside because driver kept all bags inside. Driver very³ fast.

The operators were friend and helpful, despite the fact that I don't speak Thai. I went extra early expecting to have to ask where I found go to get my tickets printed, but they didn't even challenge it and just put me on the trip an hour earlier than I booked, so I got to my destination early. Awesome!

Bus ok not so comfortable as I wished. No water given, nobody speaks English , nobody said we have arrived, price was good. No Bathroom on the bus.

Everything went well. Minor things that need your attention: safety belt at our seats 25-26 .
I particularly disliked al ost all passengers keep the curtains drawn. There was no blazing sunshine. Cell phone users feel intitled to block the view. We were interested and curious to see the passing landscape.

Took a while to set off as was waiting for mini busses for a while and when it came the tyre burst after 20 mins. They arranged a new bus fairly quickly so was well handled. Although we had no idea what was happening initially so would have been nice if the driver told us as we didn't know if a new bus was coming or if we had to wait until it got fixed!
