I was traveling from Bangkok to Ko Mak. Everything, starting from the bus shuttle, ferry travel, ending with the shuttle to my hostel, was smooth.
It’s a lot of action; A bus ride, shuttle to the ferry, Tuk to the hostel... It might confuse you when you travel in Thailand for the first time, but in general you get the point how it works. If you don’t understand where to go or whom to follow, just ask the crew members or other travelers and you will be just fine.

Everything went smoothly and on time, the bus was in good condition, we had a stop for a bathroom. The boat trip was short and we were taken directly to the hotel.

Amazing company! We left on time (even 15 minutes before) and arrived on time. They’re very organized and the waiting time is not too long. And for once, temperature inside the bus is perfect! Free water and cookie

Firstly, bus was broken and it was really really uncomfortable. Then we got a new and a better bus. The information was unclear because we sat at the back and didnt hear at all what the stuardess was talking about. Also was a big mess in cheking into the ferry. In the koh kut was hard to understand how and where we should go.

Everything was fine except for the chaos at laem sok and at the pier in koh kood. More clear guidance is needed at both places. Everybody seemed a little bit stressed out.

Bus left promptly at 5am, we missed the early morning BKK traffic which was nice. One toilet stop for 5min at around 9am although their is a toilet on the bus. The seat was comfortable, some travelers seemed to be getting cold from the Airconditioning. Easy transfer from the bus onto a smaller car/bus in Trat - for a 5min drive down to the peer. The boonsiri boat was very new and comfortable. Made it on time to koh kood. Excellent service.
